Queer Collective is a grassroots community built by and for queer people in Cyprus. We\u2019ve just reached a big milestone \u2014 we\u2019re now officially registered as an NGO. This step helps us grow, formalize our work, and strengthen our impact. But from the start, it\u2019s been the people who show up, participate, and organize that make the Collective what it is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Why Become a Member<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Membership is what gives the Collective its strength. It\u2019s not just a formality \u2014 it\u2019s how we stay transparent, fair, and accountable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n What Members Can Do<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n About the Board of Directors<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n The Board exists to meet the legal requirements of being an NGO. It handles our formal obligations and ensures we remain compliant. But power stays with the members and the Committee \u2014 not the Board.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Who We\u2019re Looking For<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n We want people who:<\/p>\n\n\n\n Why Now?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n We\u2019re entering a new chapter \u2014 new projects, more events, more chances to grow.
