Eurovision is happening. We’re not watching. We’re making our own show.

On May 16 at 20:00, we are hosting an Anti-Eurovision Party. An open stage night where our community takes the mic.

Sing a song you love. Lip-sync like your life depends on it. Do drag for the first time, or the hundredth. Read something you wrote at 2am. Bring your band. Form one on the spot. Do something we haven’t seen before. The stage is yours.

Why Anti-Eurovision?

We signed the [Queer Coalition for Palestine](https://queercoalitionforpalestine.org/) pledge alongside 100+ Queer organisations.

The EBU banned Russia from Eurovision after Ukraine. It calls itself a non-political event when it comes to Israel. That’s not a mistake. That’s a choice.

We’re not celebrating that stage. We’re building our own.

This night is part of the 17th of May Pride celebrations and a fundraiser for United by Pride.

We are joined by Queer Cyprus and United for Palestine Nicosia. All organisations will have a stall set-up. Come, meet them and support their work.
